I love food and yummy food rich in texture that make my mouth water. I've been a vagetarian for 15 years. I used to eat cheese cake, breads and many other high calorie foods. The one thing I discover that too many carbs was not working and as a vegetarian it's mostly what I eat. Then I learned I can still eat foods that are high in fat but I don't have to eat alot of it. We need fat to burn fat, so let's eat cautiously and enjoy every bite.
I do enjoy eating my favorite "hands off foods" once in a while, then I curved off them ASAP. I found that once I give into the urge of eating ice cream everyday, that easily become a habit. Anything that tastes good and I put in my mouth, my body wants it.
To maintain my weight, i watch what I eat and don't deprive the foods I enjoy, but only once in a while. It's easier to eat healthy on a regular basis. I noticed when I don't prep my food with love, I definately run into trouble. Then my eathing habits develop to eat whatever. Yikes! So I'm careful to plan ahead as I shop, I think of the recipies to cook what's healthy and what I enjoy.
Everyone that's not a vegetarian has more options for protein and can create well balanced meals. Learn with professionally trained nutritional coaches and add in additional alternative treatments for weight loss and get the results you are willing to work for.
